Client Participation

• Clients are involved in programs to increase their independence, self-advocacy, assertiveness and appropriate social behaviour is encouraged.
• Decision-making by clients is promoted. A Workers' Committee meets monthly and has direct access to the Board of Management.
• Clients operate their own Workers' Social Club.
