Service Information
Eligibility: A person must have a disability and require support which the service can provide. Referrals are made through the Department of Human Services, from Centrelink or people may approach the Service directly. A person must be aged 18 or over.
Funding: The Service receives funding from the Victorian Department of Human Services, and the Commonwealth Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
Philanthropic Trusts, an active Auxiliary and other community organisations provide valuable financial assistance.
Staff: Instructors, qualified and skilled, assist clients to develop and enhance their lifestyle and employment opportunities.
The Co-ordinator Lifestyle & Business Services is responsible for the development and implementation of programs and services offered.
Woodbine's Lifestyle Services & Australian Disability Enterprises are commtted to the development of staff.
